Garry grew up in Lamesa, a small farming town in West Texas. Garry's overwhelming interest in people and curiosity about what makes them tick began at a young age. His desire to learn and help others introduced him to Personality Plus, an effective tool in understanding people. Garry was certified as a Personality Trainer in October of 2000 in Northeast, Maryland through Classervices, Inc.

In May of 2003, Garry and his wife Karen attended the Life Enrichment Boot Camp in Plano, Texas. During the last five years Garry has impacted over 2,000 people through LEBC. He has provided individual guidance to more than 200 as a small group trainer for the boot camp. LEBC recently aired as "Marriage Camp" on TLC and The Discovery channel.

Garry continues his personal growth and ability to help others through reading, studying, and attending other training classes. Childhood experiences of personal hurt and damage have produced sensitivity to hurt and pain in others. Garry has searched many years to fully experience the freedom provided through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He has an intense desire to minister to people in whatever area possible.

Garry has conducted seminars, mostly in the Dallas area, since 2001. He helps others through lay counseling and Life Coaching via telephone or email. Garry and Karen have conducted experiential programs for support groups for two years and are actively involved in leading small groups.
